Fearless isn’t about an absence of fear
It’s about knowing what you are truly capable of
Founders are notoriously ambitious people. And if you are anything like us, you’ll grow through anything, even if you’re uncertain at the start. Because you know the possibility and important lessons that stand on the other side.
Fearless Foundry was born out of possibility. Our CEO, Madeline Reeves, was deep in the land of tech, busy building out global development programs for big names in the industry. After coming back from maternity leave, and putting in a request for better pay and to work from home part-time to be with her child more, she was told she could cut back her hours and receive half the pay. Patriarchy and the gender pay gap all in one fell swoop.
Where we began
Like the breadwinning mothers that came before her, she was resilient and strong because she had to be. Madeline decided it was time to leave the corporate world and start something new. Instead of fixing the system, she would build a new one. In doing so, she made it her mission to support other underrepresented founders along the path of Entrepreneurial Equity by sharing tools, guidance, and resources to take apart the old world and build a new one that benefits everyone equally and inclusively.
Since 2017, Fearless Foundry has been privileged to work with tech brands, health practitioners, e-commerce companies, foodies, authors, fashionistas, accountants, and coaches, all people who found themselves looking to build something bigger than themselves, and hoping against all odds that even though they were scared, they would build it anyway.
Our Values
We believe deeply in each of these values, knowing that if they're solely written on paper or plastered on an office wall, they mean nothing. Values matter because they are visible in the actions we take, the decisions we make, and the processes that we embody in the work we do in the world. Each of the people we work with, whether team or clients, holds these true, in spirit and in practice.
We know that life is too short to work with people or projects that are not aligned, which is why we aim to always be honest in our feelings and feedback. We encourage our clients to listen to their instincts and intuitive knowing and not try to force things that don’t feel like a fit. We make decisions based on our values, our experience, and the guidance that our gut feelings have to offer us - and teach others to do the same.
Alignment
We care deeply about getting work done efficiently and effectively, without compromising on quality. We are accountable, hardworking, self-aware, and adaptable in a manner that makes us always willing to go above and beyond for the clients that we love. At our core, we are expert ‘doers’ who take pride and ownership in the way that we work and attract clients and collaborators who are equally capable of bringing their A-game.

Collaboration
We recognize that the best ideas and outcomes emerge from celebrating and integrating the expertise of others into our work. We actively cultivate collaboration with our clients and partners in a manner that ignites creativity and makes them excited to create alongside us. Quality relationships are at the heart of how we do business, and we strive to nurture connections and projects that are mutually beneficial to all parties involved.
Curiosity
We ask questions because we genuinely care and because we are equally aware that we don’t have all the answers. We possess a deep desire to continuously learn new things about our clients and our work, and see curiosity as a powerful way to build connections and deepen our understanding without judgment. We strive to stay curious with our clients and each other so that we can offer more intuitive guidance, unexplored ideas, and creative solutions that amplify the quality and impact of their work in the world.
Consciousness
We recognize that we are deeply connected to the world around us and the potential for our work to contribute to collective healing. We take responsibility for understanding and addressing inequities. We take an integrated and intersectional approach to our work in order to remain aware of our own biases, privileges, and edges of understanding. We recognize our role within global systems and commit to producing work that consciously aims to level the playing field and dismantle injustice.
