About fearless foundry
Fearless Foundry is a global collective of independent senior strategists, storytellers, systems thinkers and creative curators. A small, permanent core who holds the vision, taste and direction. Around that core sits an extended network of partners across PR, creative production, design, the arts, events and operations.

We don’t staff projects, or fill seats. Assembling your team is part of the strategy. Whether it’s a sprint or a long-game strategy, every engagement starts with asking: who is exactly right for this? Drawing from across the collective and our wider network, we find the best people your brief demands, chosen for their depth of experience and passion for the work.
It’s our operating model. And it comes with its own agreements, structures and standards. For our clients, that means access to a think tank that would be otherwise difficult to assemble. For the people inside the collective, it means working in an equitable model where reward reflects contribution and the work belongs to the people doing it.
Our Values
We know that life is too short to work with people or projects that are not aligned, which is why we aim to always be honest in our feelings and feedback. We encourage our clients to listen to their instincts and intuitive knowing and not try to force things that don’t feel like a fit. We make decisions based on our values, our experience, and the guidance that our gut feelings have to offer us — and teach others to do the same.
We care deeply about getting work done efficiently and effectively, without compromising on quality. We are accountable, hardworking, self-aware, and adaptable in a manner that makes us always willing to go above and beyond for the clients that we love. At our core, we are expert doers who take pride and ownership in the way that we work and attract clients and collaborators who are equally capable of bringing their A-game.
We ask questions because we genuinely care and because we are equally aware that we don’t have all the answers. We possess a deep desire to continuously learn new things about our clients and our work, and see curiosity as a powerful way to build connections and deepen our understanding without judgment. We strive to stay curious with our clients and each other so that we can offer more intuitive guidance, unexplored ideas, and creative solutions that amplify the quality and impact of their work in the world.
We believe that business, creativity, and culture are deeply interconnected — that the work we produce has consequences that ripple far beyond the brief. That awareness of what we create and the experiences we come from shapes everything about how we work: who we work with, what we are willing to put our name on, and the standard we hold ourselves and our clients to. We stay curious about the world our work touches, honest about our own blind spots, and committed to doing work that contributes something meaningful to the industries and communities we are part of.
Our People

Founder & CEO

Founder & CEO
Madeline Reeves is a business and go-to-market strategist with a deep history in creative direction. She founded Fearless Foundry to do what she does best: bring ambitious, never-been-done-before ideas into being alongside the people and brands bold enough to pursue them.
Before founding Fearless, Madeline built her career at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation — becoming one of the youngest female Global Business Development Directors in fintech at companies including Intuit and Avalara. She is currently also CMO of TaxFigure, a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and mentor through the University of Washington Women's Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program.
Today she leads Fearless Foundry's permanent core team and global network of specialists, working with scaling founders and established leaders across fintech, B2B SaaS, professional services, technology, and innovation. She is a 2x podcast host and a passionate community builder.
Zone of Genius
Madeline's superpower is vision. She sees where industries are heading before others do, and helps brands build the creative and commercial strategy to get there first. She is the go-to for big picture thinking, business development, and futurist-focused work that puts clients one step ahead.

COO & Integrator

COO & Integrator
Sarah Hines is the operational backbone of Fearless Foundry. As COO and Integrator, she takes the direction set at the top and builds the infrastructure that makes it real — from the systems that keep the team running day to day to the processes behind the collective's biggest initiatives. If Fearless Foundry is the engine, Sarah is the person making sure every part connects and the whole thing moves smoothly.
A systems designer at heart, Sarah has a rare ability to absorb a large volume of information from multiple directions, find the patterns within it, and translate that into something functional and clear. She designs environments where people naturally do their best work — not by pushing or forcing, but by making the right way to work the easiest one.
She also helped shape Fearless Foundry's own definition of fearlessness — a philosophy rooted in trusting your instincts, speaking up even when it's uncomfortable, and being unapologetic about who you are and what you stand for. It's a value she sees reflected time and again in the clients the collective works with.
Outside of work, Sarah is a busy mom of two, an adventurer, a community investor, and a regular on the pickleball court.
Zone of Genius
Sarah's superpower is seeing the pattern in the noise and turning it into a system that works. She is the go-to for operational clarity, process design, and getting things unstuck — the translator between vision and execution.

Director of Finance & Operations

Senior Creative Strategist, Digital Media

Senior Creative Strategist, Digital Media
Allena Fleming is the strategic engine behind Fearless Foundry's digital media work. She designs the blueprint for what content gets made, where it lives, and how it performs — ensuring that every creative decision is grounded in platform data, algorithm intelligence, and a clear line to business results. She calls herself the "Signal Reader": the person who can dive deep into a dashboard and surface the insights that actually change how a campaign moves, then zoom out to map a multi-channel strategy that holds it all together.
Her career has taken her across some of the most diverse and demanding environments in marketing — from driving strategy for Walt Disney World and managing political campaigns, to overseeing the branding and marketing for a major three-day music festival. She brings that breadth to every brief, with an instinct for knowing when to pivot, when to push, and when the numbers are telling you something the creative team hasn't seen yet.
Outside of client work, Allena is the founder of CREEW, a social community rooted in behavioural science, focused on building genuine friendships, intentional connections, and discovery through in-person and online experiences. It is a project that reflects her wider passion for experiential marketing and the belief that the most meaningful brand moments happen when people are brought together in-person.
Zone of Genius
Allena's superpower is her strategic range. The ability to move between deep analytical thinking and high-altitude strategy without losing anything in translation. If an email newsletter list isn't growing, a contact form isn't converting, or a campaign strategy needs to be pivoted based on what the numbers are saying, she's your person.

Brand & Visual Designer

Brand & Visual Designer
Amina Koszta is the Brand & Visual Designer at Fearless Foundry, shaping the visual identity and creative output of the collective with precision, intention, and an eye for the unexpected. She takes strategy and turns it into brand identities, visual systems, motion assets, and creative experiences — ensuring that everything produced meets an uncompromising creative standard.
Based in Budapest, Amina approaches design as an artist as much as a practitioner. She draws from a wide world of influences — film, photography, history, architecture, culture, and social issues — and believes that the best ideas emerge from the connections between things. For her, design sits at the intersection of art, culture, communication, and human connection.
Beyond Fearless, Amina works as a freelance designer and art director across branding, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and digital experiences. One of her most significant projects to date is Planet Budapest, a large-scale sustainability and edutainment show that brought tens of thousands of visitors through immersive film environments, interactive installations, and exhibitions. She contributed across print, digital, exhibition design, and higher-level communications strategy, while also serving as a videographer for social content.
Amina is also a certified tour guide, a former NGO founder and board member, and a speaker and activist who spent years advocating for a better education system — work that required resilience, courage, and a willingness to stand in the face of opposition. Outside of work, she is a photographer, an adventure-seeker, and someone who finds meaning in vast horizons, deep forests, and the stories that connect people to place.
Zone of Genius
Amina's superpower is the combination of taste, beauty, systems, and creative intuition. She is the person in the room who notices when something is slightly off — even before anyone can name it — and who brings the clarity, refinement, and vision to fix it. She is the go-to for brand identity, high-level creative conceptualisation, video design, and the overall visual quality of everything Fearless puts out.

Creative Experience Producer

Creative Experience Producer
Enya Spicer is a storyteller and creative producer with a background spanning journalism, photography, videography, design, and brand partnerships. As Creative Experience Producer at Fearless Foundry, she oversees the full creative experience across every touchpoint — from client work and conference production to content strategy, brand presence, and audience experience. She brings every creative element together into one cohesive, intentional whole, with a natural ability to shape narratives that connect and resonate.
Enya is also the founder of Enya Business, her own creative storytelling and content practice, and a by-request photographer who is stepping back into sharing her own creative work after a six-year hiatus. Outside of work, she is a music festival lover, explorer of the natural world, and self-described professional yapper, with a beloved dog named McNugget.
Zone of Genius
Enya's superpower is turning raw ideas, moments, and information into experiences people actually feel. Whether it is a content strategy, a brand narrative, or the energy in a room, she shapes it with intention — and gets it done.
