Drawing from across the collective and our wider network, we find the best people your brief demands, chosen for their depth of experience and passion for the work.
It’s our operating model. And it comes with its own agreements, structures and standards. For our clients, that means access to a think tank that would be otherwise difficult to assemble. For the people inside the collective, it means working in an equitable model where reward reflects contribution and the work belongs to the people doing it.
