Many Founders we work with need a guiding strategy, the accountability to stick to the plan, and more people to get the work done. Like any good creative consultancy, we always start with strategy. This helps us determine what you need when you need it, how it will get done, and who will do it. From there, we get started co-creating and moving your mission out into the world.

Whether it’s working through limiting beliefs, creating a better business development plan, or getting guidance on the bigger business strategy, we all need support and sometimes a listening ear. Our team of coaches works to determine your goals and dig deep into what’s really going on in your heart, life, and business. We offer soul-level strategy, creative solutions, and brand alignment to help you grow a business that will change the world.

Over many years working with leaders, we’ve come to see people are more aligned and at peace when working in a community. Everyone needs someone to walk with, especially on the entrepreneurial journey, which can feel pretty lonely a lot of the time. Our primary ways of offering community are through our online Finding Fearless Network, our Figure 8 Group coaching program, and our online quarterly networking gathering, Uplift.

Finding
Fearless Community

Finding Fearless is our online community hosted on Mighty Networks. We offer an open space to chat, pop-up coworking, marketing resources, a Library of learning content for members to check out, and a chance to connect with other Fearless Founders. This is a place where relationships are cultivated, connections are made over shared values, and people from all different businesses and backgrounds can come together to support each other as they scale sustainably minded businesses.

Uplift

Uplift is our ongoing opportunity and non-traditional networking event designed to hold space for folks hoping to connect and build community. It’s an incredible hour that includes guided meditation, small breakout groups, and a chance to make an ask and an offer of our incredible community of Fearless Founders.
